Under the normal storage, transportation, maintenance, and use conditions of customers,
if the product cannot be used normally due to manufacturing quality issues, we provide five guarantees (warranty, return, replacement, compensation, and disassembly) packaging services.
When receiving feedback on quality information, handling suggestions will be proposed within 24 hours. After normal operation, the reasons will be analyzed and responsibilities will be clarified.
Provide necessary technical documents and product qualification certificates for the factory products.
Provide spare parts, installation, debugging, and maintenance services in a timely manner according to customer needs or agreements, and provide technical training to relevant personnel of the customer.
Strictly follow the IS09001 standard to organize the procurement of raw materials and components, as well as the production and inspection of products.

If customers find that the product cannot be used normally during the use of the product, they can immediately consult the after-sales service department of the marketing center and provide a detailed explanation of the model, specifications, usage environment, fault situation, purchase date, and service requirements of the product used. If the after-sales service department proposes a solution but still cannot solve it, it will be decided to send someone or take other measures.
