Automobile air conditioning controller life test bench

Product test conditions and processes are automatically controlled by PLC system + high-precision sensors and measuring instruments, and real-time visual monitoring and measurement are realized through computer (touch screen) and data acquisition system. The test bench has complete test data acquisition and processing functions, including automatic recording of data and curve, automatic generation of test report, local storage of data, interactive sending, saving and receiving of data to server database and MEMS system, and can realize remote communication and diagnosis;

Various test verification of keys and knobs of automobile air conditioning controller in high and low temperature / wet environment;  

1. Test environment control requirements: - 40 ~ 90 ℃, 30% ~ 85% RH;

2. Typical working conditions: low temperature working condition - 30 ~ - 35 ℃, high temperature working condition 80 ~ 85 ℃;

3. Test frequency: the key frequency can be set: 0 ~ 1Hz; Knob rotation frequency can be set: 0 ~ 20rpm; 4. Key force parameters: stroke 5mm, maximum thrust 5N; The maximum torque detected by the knob is 200N cm； 5. Controller detection signal: 50 detection signal channels;
